Guess the footballer in 8 tries.
A hidden footballer, the same for everyone, and 8 tries. Each footballer you name tells you whether they match the hidden one in country, league, club, position and age: green if it's the same, yellow if it's close.
There are players from every era, from the 1930s to today: on easy you get stars everyone knows; on hard, footballers for real experts. You can play 1 vs 1, with three or four players, in pairs (2 vs 2), against bots of four levels or in a private room with your friends.
How to play
- You're all after the same footballer. Each of you has 8 tries.
- Each time you name a footballer, you see whether they match the hidden one in country, league, club, position and year of birth.
- Green: the same. Yellow: close (same continent; a league or club the hidden one also played in; born within 3 years). The arrows say if the hidden one was born later (↑) or earlier (↓).
- League and club are from their current team; if retired (marked), from the last one they played for. Fewer guesses score more, and the first ones get a bonus (+3, +2, +1).
- Your rivals only see your colors, never who you said.
- In 2 vs 2, partners add up their points: red and yellow against blue and green.
Tips
- Start with someone from a big league: league and country tell you a lot.
- Yellow on club means they shared a team: follow that lead.
- Watch the year arrow: it saves you lots of tries.
