Mines
Open squares without stepping on a mine.
Each number tells you how many mines are around it. Open safe cells to make them yours; if it's an empty cell, everything around it opens.
You all play the same field. Stepping on a mine costs two points and flags are only visible to you. You can play 1 vs 1, with three or four players, in pairs (2 vs 2), against bots of four levels or in a private room with your friends.
How to play
- You all play at the same time on the same field, each with your own color.
- Each number tells you how many mines are around it (the 8 squares touching it).
- Open safe squares: they're yours. If it's a blank with no number, everything around it opens. Whoever opens the most squares wins.
- Tap to open. To place a 🚩 where you know there's a mine, press and hold (or choose «🚩 Flag» below). Only you can see your 🚩.
- If you step on a mine, you lose 2 points and sit out for 4 s.
- It can always be solved by logic: you never need to guess.
- In 2 vs 2, partners add up their points: red and yellow against blue and green.
Tips
- A 1 with only one closed square next to it: that's where the mine is.
- If a number already has all its mines flagged, the rest is safe.
- Press and hold (or right-click on a computer) to place a flag.

Between 9 and 22 depending on the difficulty; you can always see how many are left.
