Sums in a cross: every row and every column equals its result.

A grid of numbers with operations between them. Every row, from left to right, and every column, from top to bottom, has to equal the result at the end. Multiplication goes before addition and subtraction.

You all play the same grid and every number you get right is yours. On easy, 3×3 and only addition; on medium, 4×4 with subtraction; on hard, multiplication too. You can play 1 vs 1, with three or four players, in pairs (2 vs 2), against bots of four levels or in a private room with your friends.

How to play

You all play at the same time on the same grid, each with your own colour.
Every row (left to right) and every column (top to bottom) has to equal the result at the end. Numbers go from 1 to 9 and can repeat.
× goes first, before + and −, as usual.
If you get it right, the cell is yours and everyone sees it. Whoever places the most numbers wins. If you get it wrong, you lose 1 point and can't play for 3 s.
In 2 vs 2, partners add up their points: red and yellow against blue and green.

Tips

Start with a row or column that's missing just one number: one sum gives it away.
A multiplication with a small result leaves few options.
If a result is very high, its numbers are high too.
